Balance Your Stress Levels

A regular meditation practice can potentially  balance the stress and sleep hormones cortisol, melatonin and serotonin. It can help you to cope with stress, sleep better and feel more at peace with life. Meditation can also focus  your mind and  bring a deeper sense of peace  and inner calm.

Relax & Unwind The Body

Classes include some gentle yoga stretching to relax and unwind the body, helping you to sit in a comfortable meditation posture. Understand and experience how relaxation settles and restores balance of the nervous system resulting in deeper, calmer breath and a slower more peaceful heart rate. Deep relaxation, yoga and sitting in meditation help to strengthen and ground the physical body, lifting stress and fatigue. You will also learn pranayama breathing techniques to bring more vitality and focus.

Our greatest joy comes from knowing we already are all that we need to be.  Our ego will question this, but our unchanging consciousness knows it to be true.


When we cease to identify with the constant chatter of the mind, we discover a natural space, a sense of coming  home to our ultimate resting place – that of true meditation.


Inner Exploration

Meditation provides an opportunity for inner exploration to realise your own true nature. Self-enquiry meditation  is beyond guided imagery, which is form of journey of the mind. Self enquiry is a quiet inner vigilance. A scanning without thought.  Mind as thought has no power unless the thoughts  are energised by your belief in them. Thoughts will still arise, but there will be less interest in identifying with them.  We are mostly troubled by that which is personal as it engages our attention. Meditation guides us to go more deeply into the space from where that attention arises.
