I had never been to a class which involves any form of relaxation. I walk Eastbourne seafront on many occasions weekly. In the course of this exercise I pass the Natural Fitness Centre which overlooks the beach and the ocean. I had found that I was starting to suffer from an inability to stretch and bend into positions which when younger I took for granted. I eventually decided to enquire further at the reception. I was greeted by a receptionist who made me feel very welcome. Any doubts, embarrassment or inhibitions I may have been feeling were quickly overcome. I was advised to try the Dru Yoga class with Jan.
I can honestly say that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. After a couple of sessions I was more subtle, joints no longer ached and I feel extremely relaxed. Jan has an amazing aura of calm and a very gentle manner in the way she able to demonstrate and instruct from novice to the more advanced attendees of her classes. I would thoroughly recommend Jan and her amazing Dru Yoga classes.

Yoga has become an essential element of my life which I look forward to because it transports me to a special and more peaceful place in my weekly class. Yoga is the “only” activity (including all the many treatments I have had over the years) which has consistently helped relieve my chronic back problem. It helps improve my posture and taught me how to de-stress and relax.
Jan is the most wonderful, kind, gentle and patient instructor. She adds considerable value to the whole experience.

Jan can always find time after a session to help with any issues that students might have and has also helped me on a one to one basis with some specific problems.
