Remote healing is a very gentle but potentially powerful process. The practitioner does not “give” their own energy, rather they connect with the eternal source of which we are all a unique expression. Remote healing as taught by Dr. Sue Morter teaches the practitioner to align with certain high frequencies and bring the client energetically (remotely) into this healing space.

Thoughts will still arise, but there will be less interest in identifying with them.  We are mostly troubled by that which is personal as it engages our attention. Meditation guides us to go more deeply into the space from where that attention arises.
